Hello Friends and Welcome to ThomasTheTrainRides.com! My name is Crystal and this is my website designed to help moms who are looking to take their children out for a day of fun and adventure. My two sons grew up on Thomas the train and everything related to Thomas and Friends. Each year I can remember going to the Day Out with Thomas event and all of the wonderful memories we shared as a family. My hope is you build lasting memories also.

The train ride also included a variety of Thomas & Friends themed entertainment, including Storytelling and Video Viewing, Temporary Tattoos of Island of Sodor friends, and the Imagination Station with Arts & Crafts and more. The boys also looked forward to finding that rare Thomas train they needed for their collection which was only available at the event.

And who could resist a photo with Thomas and especially the Fat Controller, Sir Topham Hatt from the Island of Sodor. This event continues to draw thousands of families every year and now children will actually get to meet a real working Percy engine too. Check the schedule for which railroads will be hosting Percy along with Thomas. My hope is to introduce new generations to the timeless excitement of railroading.

I decided to create this site to make it easy for mom's and families who are searching for the train schedule and where to order tickets for the Thomas train ride known as A Day Out with Thomas.
